Simular to Internet Explorer, in FireFox click on tools from the tool bar. 

In the drop down menu all the way at the bottom is "Options". 

Choosing Internet Options will open a dialog box. 

In the middle is a "Privacy" tab and you will want to clear your cookies here by clicking the "Clear Now" button.  Once you have cleared your cookies, restart FireFox and use your affiliate links.
